The owner behaviour is extremely rude and bossy.not to expect much from hotel except location.He charged us more thab what was online. When we objected he started fighting. The location is ok. Don't expect much

The hotel and staff are extremely non professional. They had given my confirmed booked room to someone else on higher price and then denied me booking. I suggest never book/Prebook this hotel ever. its better to book some other reputed hotels if you are looking for peaceful environment.
PS: dont use agoda or booking.com as they also don't accept confirmed booking from them.

I booked this hotel with OYO in last minute standing outside hotel because it was all of sudden plan made by group of friends with tight budget however it was pocket-friendly and good deal. Now coming to hotel I got room on 4th floor and hotel doesn't have lift so it was pain. rooms were not much spacious but decently organised. Ac was good and overall nice option for bag packers and budget travelers for short stay. Hotel is located at mid of the market and walking distance to Golden temple which is plus point.

Stayed here as a one night stop over while visiting the golden temple..rooms were unclean and we were given a room on the 4th floor with no elevator..the blanket smelled of urine overall the uncleanliness is what put me off..location is great but otherwise awful

Nice clean hotel at excellent location for the average tourist and family. All AC Rooms. The Golden Temple, wholesale market and Jallianwala Bagh are minutes away by foot. However, the hotel does not have a restaurant but orders are served from outside. Reception is a bit cold but OK. Marwari Dhaba serving excellent veg. food is next door.
