We spent a night in this hotel at Nanded during our return from Aurangabad to Hyderabad. The rooms were clean and aesthetically designed. The bathroom was also clean and well kept. There was a feeling of comfort in the room. The staff were responsive and co-operative. The breakfast was average though. We had dinner as room service and the food was delicious.
This is the best option that you can find in Nanded.

Nanded is a small town so hotels in this city are also small. This City Pride is juz BIG in size. But when it comes to service it is nowhere near '3 Star category'.. forget about 3 Star-as they claims. Attitude of All staff, their appearance, grooming, language, service they provide is juz average or sometime below average. Furniture, crockery needs to replaced immediately. Taste of food is also average. For breakfast everyday they provide idli, medu vada and one bread item. Apart from this ONLY 4th item gets changed everyday. So sometimes upma, shira or sometimes plain paratha& bhaji!! Moreover if you reach at 10AM or after that for breakfast then be prepare for cold items as they don't have proper arrangement to keep breakfast hot (sic)
Room size is spacious for price. But again there is no refrigerator, no mini bar, no electric kettle for tea/coffee. It has so many switches for light spread all over room that it becomes a task for you every night to switch all off. Cleanliness is juz average. Hot water for bathing is available only for first 2-3 minutes. After that it's just lukewarm. Whether it is morning or evening.
Room service requires urgent attention as they brings you all food and beverages 'uncovered' all the way from kitchen at ground floor to your floor exposing it to dust and germs (sic). Laundry service also requires improvement as for all 4 days I received laundry half wet and that too after 9 PM even though they collect it at 9 AM!!!
Still I've given 3 star because there is no other good option TILL DATE. Hope to have real 3 star hotels in Nanded as flight services are resumed now.

Stayed just the one night here which is just as well.
General level of cleanliness was poor for a western tourist .
The bathroom was not good at all.
More worryingly the numbers in the elevator were out by one and did not represent the actual floor you were on.
Pressed 3 unknowingly i was on floor 2 and alarmingly my key opened the corresponding room on the floor below.
This hotel was cheap and that is for a reason

It was a business travel trip, and planned booking!
Provided a nearly tacky room, excused with non availability. For trial shown some other and later expressed that it's booked for someone else.
So couldn't get purpose of showing that room. Anyhow hotel location somewhat better location, and somewhat better stay available with respect to other Hotels in Nanded! Since other options not available can consider for stay in there for short duration. Remember its not at all value for Money. But No better option available in Town.

-lobby area needs A/C for tired travellers waiting for check-in and check-outs
overall a great experience - they attended to our call with promtness - for cleaning, faulty A/C and hot water for drinking on demand.
