This hotel is nestled in the bylanes around the Golden Temple. Due it's proximity to the temple and all the nearby places makes it an ideal place to stay.
I hardly stayed in my room except for sleeping at night so I cannot comment on room service. Rooms though small, are good enough to rest. Towels and sheets were cleaned.
The only downside is as the cars and rickshaws are not allowed inside the walled place, one has to drag their luggage for an entire 7 mins from parking to the hotel. If one has heavy luggage then think twice before booking.
All in all a good place to stay.

I have been to Amritsar so many times but had the pleasure to stay in CJ International for the first time. Staff was very helpful. Food was really good. It's is also at the walking distance from Golden Temple. Looking forward for the same service next time.

Stayed for a night in December, 2017. It is a decent hotel right next to Golden Temple. Good hotel to stay if you are looking to stay in close proximity to Golden Temple, Jallianwala Baug. Famous food joints like Brothers, Bharawan da Dhaba are also at walkable distance.

I stayed here for two days. The hotel is located at prime location, very near to Golden Temple (10 metre)
This is old property. The management staff is polite and helpful.
I was provided with a room however it had some issues
Bedsheets unclean
Phone not working
Room conjusted for 3 Adults
Immediately I was provides with another specious room. The room service was good. They have in house kitchen. The food is good.
24x7 hot water available.
Overall, good experience. I would recommend this hotel to others due to prime location near golden temple.

Stayed at this hotel with my family due to the close proximity to Sri Harmandhir Sahib.
The hotel suite was large and had an ensuite which was nice. It came with air con, fans and wifi. Your thinking nice so far right?
Unfortunately the light switch was falling off off i feared electricution every time I had to switch it on and off. The Sockets for the tv didn't work and let out a spark when I tried to swap plugs.
To add next to our room heavy construction from early morning (before 8am) through to evening was consistent which meant we could not rest.
The room did not have enough towels or toilet paper, but after 3rd time asking we got some from the lovely cleaning lady that we managed to track down.
We advised the hotel of all the issues. When checking out we spoke to the person in charge but was met with rude and unhelpful remarks. When advising we should have to pay the room rate for the final night he refused. When we left he would not let the car go until we paid in full regardless of all the issues and getting no sleep.
The hotel is overpriced and cashing in on location to the beautiful Sri Harmandhir Sahib. I wouldn't stay here again.
Be warned we were on the top floor.
