Hotel Grand is a budget hotel. It is 2 km away from Gorakhpur Junction . Visitor can avail free breakfast while they stay at this hotel.It comprises of 68 rooms.Each room is well equipped with air conditioner, telephone with STD/ISD facility, tea/coffee making facility, mineral water, reading lamps, slippers, iron and iron board, shoe cleaning facility, hair dryer, shaving kit, dental kit and attached bathroom.
There is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving Indian and Continental food in Buffet arrangement. It has a swimming pool. Hotel provides room service, newspaper, travel desk, laundry, gymnasium and doctor on call. Hotel has a conference and a banquet hall for social events.Gorakhpur Airport is located at a distance of 7 km from the hotel.

i must stay about stay here is "Average". this time they have degraded the service. staff behavior was okay. rooms were clean but service was slow. you need to remind them 2 times to get the service done. food was okay.

Supposedly , this is the only largest hotel in Gorakhpur so chose to stay here . Hotel is under construction . You will get feel of typical old style indian hotels Pune entering the room . Breakfast spread is ok. There were lot of mosquitoes in the room . Room service is also below par . My bathroom dooor got locked from inside and they could not fix it for half an hour

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Air Con worked well which I needed as 44C outside. Receptionist spoke reasonable English which was very useful as my Urdu non existant. Bad points: the picture on this site is not of the hotel! WiFi didn't work in room but was good in reception. There is no cash machine and they don't change dollars.
Very good point: Male receptionist took me on his bike to a money changer as I had run out of rupees and all ATMs in area were broken or out of money on a Sunday. He refused my offer of money for this. Thank you very much, sir.
