Although the building is quit old and can do with an upgrade it was a comfortable stay. The aircon made a lot of noise and the staff was very helpful to solve the problem. Itâs about 22 km from Goa airport and the beaches are far stretched. The hotel is about 500 meters from the beach.

This place is very nice for Party as well as for regular drinks and food. Food is fine. Pool side Live music is fantastic. Waiters are polite. But the site of this place is some what interior, but one find from the road. I suggest it for your beautiful evening....

Great place, great location. Just a few hundred metres from Silva beach and is situated near a tourist market. There's a pool and gaming zone in ground floor. They have a separate restaurant for breakfast and snacks. Great place to relax and enjoy the stay.

This is one of the best hotels in Goa, especially in Colva beach area. It is located very close to the sea. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is reasonably priced. Breakfast spread is good. Those manning the reception are very courteous and helpful. The day before our arrival, we were called up from the hotel and offered airport pickup at a cost, which was affordable. We also booked a taxi for sightseeing from the hotel. The rate charged was decent and the gentleman driving the car was a very nice person, showing us around and also suggesting valuable tips. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay for my family trip. We will definitely check in here during our next visit.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, we had a good experience. Below is my observations.
1. Colva beach is nearby. Anyone planning to spend maximum time at the beach can choose this place.
2. Lot of options to rent bikes. There is no need to hire a bike from station / airport. Hire only when you need the bike.
3. Food at the poolside restaurant is good and the staff is great.
4. Breakfast is disappointing. Can be improved by adding more options.
5. Staff at the reception can be better trained.
6. The house keeping guys are really good and ready to help.
Hope this helps. Overall, a decent stay next to the beach.
