The hotel is located just on the mall road. They have restaurants n cafes too at different floor levels. The lower most is near the car parking and the upper most is at the mall road, which really helped us with kids. A kids play area is also thr in hotel with table-tennis, video games, carom and few more.

Room and washroom very clean... They charged as for the heater as it was to cold... Food was good. The is a lift service next to the hotel to Tarbell to lower part of Simla..it on mall road. There is no transport service on mall road... All you need to do is walking..

We booked this hotel when I visited Shimla to visit my son's School for his Birthday. The Hotel is right next to lift which takes you to mall road. Hotel rooms are good and clean. Hotel reception is small but efficient and as per terrain it is very good.Restaurant in the hotel is also good on the roof top near mall road. Roof top seating area gives perfect view of Shimla skyline in the evening and morning also. Service was also very good of their staff.

It was a Great Location At the heart of Mall. Good Staff and Great Food. I really enjoyed my stay the view from the room was excellent. Would definitely recommend this Hotel for all types. In Short Great.

The Combermere hotel is very convenient as it is on mall road. It has it's personal elevator so you don't have to stand in a long queue at the government elevator to go on the mall road. The rooms are spacious,clean and neat.Staff is helpful and plus the food is delicious . All in all a very good experience.
