Stinky dirty and suffocating room (111) and Noisy room (106). I have never stayed in such a dirty place in my life. At the time of arrival I made the full payment for 2 rooms for 2 nights. When I reached the hotel, the first appearance gave me some doubts but since we reached late and after a very heavy traffic jam, we were tired and did not think much and took the rooms.
No towels given. Kept on asking till 12:00 midnight but no service given. In morning they came up with some excuses of short staff.
I was frustrated and finally asked to cancel the second night and refund. After a lot of negotiations, they deducted Rs 1500 Per night per room and refunded us the rest of the money for 1 night.
Only positive thing I saw was that staff was polite and did not reacted badly when I was bit hard on the poor services offered. They apologised for the poor service offered as well.

This hotel is close to the road, airport, find free parking easily, good spacious rooms for less than 30 USD.Room equivalent to motel 6 rooms in US. Staff is friendly, excellent wifi internet.I could not believe to get room at a reasonable price and everything went well, close to the airport. Current they do not have access to pay by credit card at the counter, you can get it only of you book online. Room service at a reasonable price. The area around is not that great , but it is safe. Westerners you can stay here. Expect much better facility than a motel in US with complementary breakfast.Make sure of what you order food and what you get. They have rooms for 3 as well for less than 30 USD.

Small rooms, poor service, issues with ac and water connectivity, no maintenance.
Worst thing about the hotel is the locality.
Wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

The hotel is located in a very bad area. There are meat shops near the hotel and so there is a terrible smell around it. Also the locality around is very bad. The rooms are extremely small in size. Beds are very small. I booked a room for 3 people but they gave me room for 2 people and 1 person had to sleep on a matress on floor. The washrooms are too small. Breakfast is not at all tasty. They say complimentary breakfast but its just 1 serving of beverage and bread per person.
To sum it up: never visit this hotel.

very poor rooms, filthy, sticky, un clean, worst linen, you can add any other negative on your own.
booked thro oyo rooms 1900 rs double accommodation. worst size of room, bad service. breakfast provided was terible. illetrate staff, no idea of hospitality.over charge on water bottle. no card payment. no atm nearby.
for your safety dont stay. even location is very bad with ot of meat and chicken shop near by. horrible.
