I discovered at TripAdvisor regarding renovation of this place by reading previous reviews. It is a tiny place with all required facilities and it is conveniently located near mall road. Staff is helpful and food is good. Rooms and bathrooms are remarkably good.

We stayed at crystal for 4 nights on our vacations. Staff told me that it is just fully renovated as per latest standards. Yes it is too good. It has all modern facilities alongwith courteous staff. Highly recomended.

We used this tiny place after opening of thorough renovation. Newly built Bathrooms are spotlessly neat and clean and modern. Walkable distance from Mall Road Manali. Food reasonably priced and tasty. Staff helpful.

Good hotel in Manali............We enjoyed our stay with family. This hotel is nearby from Tha Manali MALL, so we daily went there by walk. Hadimba Devi temple is also 1.5 km from Hotel. Staff is very cooperative. Overall it is recommended hotel to stay at Manali.

had a good experience down there we stayed there for 3 days way back to Delhi services was a good & response time was bit delay but it can be managed but as compare to other hotels rooms are clean enough
