We had been to Ooty on family trip on 28/01/2018 and after visiting Boat house, all our hunger level was out of control as it was already 3.15 pm and wanted to try some sumptuous food. In search of another hotel we visited Hotel Darshan restaurant accidentally. We ordered Noodles, pulka, Dal, Rice- food quality was high, tasty and pocket friendly. All our family members enjoyed food and this restaurant also located exactly opp to lake house which is easy accessible and one can enjoy Bon Appetit!!
One suggestion: Don't go by the Hotel outlook and Ambience as it is not that great.

We visited on the 2nd half of December 2017 for three days, Darshan situated at a prime location with easy access to most visiting tourists spots, but the hotel has poor room services and cleanliness. The hotel restaurant food is good.

Had been with friend in the month of Nov 17. The hotel is located very close the lake. Our rooms had a wonderful lake view. Bathrooms were big and clean. The breakfast was awesome and also the overall food served was really good.
Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend people to stay here.

At Hotel Darshan Ooty we had stayed for three days. Its been memorable stay among all stay of my life specially in Ooty. I loved the beauty of the hotel and staff services specially in this hotel. Location was also cool and convenient to us. Great Out view of the hotel made us so excited to live. surrounding of the hotel was gathered by natural green beauty it was fantastic hotel building infrastructure and interior of the hotel was also very beautiful nicely painted wall and marble flooring was increasing beauty of the hotel. Hotel rooms were very specious and there were facilities more than we expected enjoyed amenities of the hotel. Great staff services and their support made our stay very cool.

The hotel is near Ooty boat lake at walkable distance. We had booked standard room. When we entered the hotel we found that the renovation work is going on and lot of noise & dust was around. The room was not up to the mark, The bathroom is old styled. The intercom was full of dust. The cold water was not running from the tap and it was restored only after I did complaint, they should have checked the things before giving the room. Package included breakfast but they were not fully prepared with the dishes on the scheduled time. Food taste was too average. There was no wi-fi range in the room. We stayed there for only one night & the stay was not upto the mark and I will rate the hotel as Average.
