We arrived at the hotel on 26-01-2018 ( Repubilc day of india ) for a over night. The hotel is excellent for the price. It is located near the taj mahal. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Staffs were pleasant and the wifi was good in room.

The worst hotel Iâve ever been to in my whole life. Donât even think of going here, staff is not friendly and helpful. Room is clean but The bedsheet is not cleaned and changed, no toiletries in the toilet at all, only 2 packet of small shampoo. No hot water 24/7 hot water only came at 630 am in the morning. Toilet looks like the toilet in my grandma village house. Asked for iron the staff simply said no and hanged up. Dont stay at this hotel please

After a long day visiting Taj Mahal/Agra Fort we arrived at this hotel at night but left after only one hour. We were 6 people and had booked 3 double-rooms. The bed sheets in the 3 rooms were dirty (there were yellow stains everywhere), and in one room the toilet flushing was not working. After complaining, new bed sheets were arranged but they were as dirty as the first ones, with yellow stains and what appeared to be make-up rests. The toilet could not be fixed. The hotel manager offered us a suite on the 4th floor as compensation but when we got in, we found again a dirty bed, crumbs and dust everywhere and it stank like urin. We decided then to leave the hotel.
The infrastructure seems ok, but cleanliness is definitely not a strength of this hotel. Spend a few dollars more on a better hotel.

With great happiness I'm writing this. Hotel Dazzle and it's entire staff are wonderful people. From the check in time to check out, they took very good care of us. Their helping nature touched us. The hotel is very clean, neat and simply superb. We got more than what we paid. The food is also very good with great variety and taste. We have reserved 23 rooms and all of our children and friends enjoyed our stay very much. We felt at home as they have arranged almost everything we asked for. Our next trip to Agra will be surely at Hotel Dazzle. A special mention about the GM Lalit Kumar who have made a difference to all of us with his unconditional support. Best hotel for family,food and rooms were superb.Staff was very cooperative.Mr.Lalit and Mr. Yogi are always ready to help and guide you even if it is out of the way. Thanks to all for a superb stay.ð
