Nice looking exterior but obsolete interior. Thereâs need for renovation in the hotel as facilities are old, had an issue with the which door which wasnât locking. During our stay the pool was definitely not fit for swimming. Breakfast was ok. Overall expertise was actually disappointing, beyond my expectations

very good spacious rooms, fair kitchen/coffee shop, average swimming pool. A great place to spend a night/weekend (A weekend out of house within the town with friends, really enjoyed the environment and the hospitality of the staff).

The Hotel is a big investment with beautiful exterior, but very poor maintenance culture. Toilets are not well kept. leaving very foul odor. I had to change rooms and it was experience in all the rooms I inspected. The breakfast was quite rich and very impressive. I also had a good experience with Staff members, but they must improve on their maintenance if they don't to run the property aground.

Checked into this "hotel" for a brief stopover as I had early start at airport.
The incredibly rude receptionist, in the reception with a blaring tv so I couldn't hear her speak, was my first encounter. Instead of turning down tv so I could hear her, proceeds to shout at me. Couldn't find my hotels.com booking so stood there having to go through all my emails to find confirmation. No apology when they eventually found it. Key basically thrown towards me and told to "just go with him". No internet code given or any instruction on hotel facilities etc.
Room had the most uncomfortable bed and loudest a/c ever! Door to room is warped so there was a 1" gap on top and opening side which clearly meant I could see out so presume means people could look in to! No internal lock on this door!!!
Checking out a 5am to find same reception staff who have still not realised they here to help the guest and to be friendly! One staff guy asleep on the only sofa which meant I had to stand up whilst waiting for my car for about 20 minutes. Pointed this out to the receptionist who just laughed!!!
Didn't eat there so cannot comment on food.
It cheaper than other hotels but the cheaper price isn't worth the terrible service and insecurities I saw. Avoid avoid avoid!

Hotel as it's name suggests is located in nice place and looks great from outside. I stayed for one day as had to catch flight the very next day.
In all staffs are well behaved professionals but rooms are not maintained properly.
In all I will rank it as average in performance.
