Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Biarritz. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and the place is run very efficiently. There is a small cafe downstairs with plenty of healthy options and a restaurant. The room (2nd floor suite overlooking the street) was extremely comfortable and very quiet despite being on a street (if you like it dark, put down the exterior shutters). We had been traveling for quite some time and this was an oasis we did not want to leave. certainly stay here again.

We stayed at the above hotel last weekend and may i say what a great experience we had The staff were most friendly and very helpful .
we had a balcony which had a fantastic view and was a lovely room ..
We missed our flight on the Sunday due to snow in the UK airport and ended up going back to the hotel which was a pleasure considering the travel circumstance
Breakfast was Great
We look forward to visit again soon

The hotel is across the street from the main market and surprisingly quiet considering all the activities outside.The hotel staff were not customer focused,our room was not serviced because staff don't work after 5 pm Sundays.Wifi reception was poor in
rooms and hd to go to reception area at times.

This is a great hotel. We stayed for two nights in superior room with a roof terrace. It was stunning. We will definitely make a return visit and stay here again. Rooms were beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel was in a great location for local bars, the market and good restaurants. Supermarket is opposite the hotel and a five minute walk to beach. Grounds were lovely and nice to relax in. I wouldn't bother with breakfast as plenty of places nearby and much more reasonable.

Stayed here two nights with a friend. Friendly staff that were helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a view towards the lively street. The food at breakfast was well selected and in the dining hall you could look at art on the walls while eating. The location was extremely central, near the citys foodhall and lots of good and popular restaurants and bars. With only a few minutes to the sea and pretty much a walkable distance to most things in the city.
