Well I am writing to share my experience. I just booked this hotel as I already visited in 2011. I really found the location awesome. The rooms and wash rooms are neat and clean. they provided support for self cooking too.
The experience of staying in Deepwoods, away from hustle bustle of city was truly magical. The hotel staff was very welcoming, they take care of your needs immediately.

this property is located in the market . the place is noisy till 9pm .rooms are too small without cupboard. walls without hangers having odour of dampness inspite of room freshner spray . If you are not getting shelter any where only in that case book this property.

Well I am writing to share my experience. I just booked this hotel as referred by my friend. I really found the location awesome. The experience of staying in woods, away from hustle bustle of city was truly magical. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were well served with scrumptious food. I really appreciate the staff for taking good care of their guests. I would love to recommend this hotel to every person who want to enjoy the calmness and stress free holidays during their visit to Queen of hills - Shimla !

the hotel was booked by travel agent.. very remote and difficult to find and there is no proper sign board with correct hotel name.
Rooms are small, very very basic. we didn't eat food there.
The hotel has multiple floors, have to climb up/down lot of stairs.. not for senior people

Hello everyone iam not any expert or a critic. Iam here to portray the true picture abt my stay here in shimla which definitely was majestic Nd memorable. The striking feature abt my stay not in order of importance are as follows:-
1. Price to comfort ratio. All the things required out of a good hotel are provided and I see no reason why people have posted otherwise.
2. Location. I agree that ascent to the hotel is typical hill station type but what else u can expect in shimla! Me Nd my wife felt it actually was a welcome call Nd found it extremely adventurous and kindled that feeling of being in natures lap. Being a vantage point the view in morning was breathtakingly beautiful.
3. Commitment to each and every guest. I didn't roam much around the property coz v went to unwind ourselves and get out of the nuances of hectic life. The staff both serving and administrative, were hardwired with the sense of utmost gratitude and were kind, humble and helpful.
4. Lastly, what actually compelled me to write this review was the best efforts put in by the entire Deepwood team in acknowledging and positively ascertaining that each and every suggestions and appreciation penned down by visitors/ guests are deliberately actioned and completion report mailed to respective guest regarding the same.
I believe nothing can substitute for your home but this hotel is trying to give you next best experience.
PS: reviews are individual's appreciation of a situation and is definitely circumstantial. I have advised many of my colleagues, friends and family to try this hotel and none have ever been disappointed. Some of fellow travellers have raised payment issues but with us nothing like this happened, as I have to cut short my trip due sudden emergency not only my money was refunded but the owner ensured that I was dropped till Chandigarh to catch our flt back home.
