Excellent hotel !! Cleaning rooms, comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom !! Friendly stuff best price and very warm hospitality!!! We stay two times so far and it so amazing hotel and beautiful place to stay!!!

I stayed here for 5 weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The staff at both reception and the restaurant are really friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a terrific menu and a nice bar to wind down at after a busy day. Rooms are comfortable and kept clean. Located close to shops and only a short drive to Katowice, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This is my regular hotel when I come here!
It's a beautiful, and full of helpfull people place.. Here you can enjoy of a really nice view and best services in zone. All my family like it!

I've been staying at this hotel for seven years now. Every time I'm in Katowice this is my regular hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a small bar and lounge, as well as a restaurant on the first floor. There is a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning and the restaurant food is decent.
My only complaints:
1: The wifi isn't the best just passable.
2: The heat is via old style radiator. When it's cold outside, it doesn't get warm enough for me in the room.
All in all, this is a great hotel and I will continue to stay here when I'm in town.

Loved the place felt cozzy and enjoyed the stay.
My family loved it too and we loved the view in every corner of the hotel.
The staff were communicating in English and they were nice, helpful, and very professional.
Its a nice place to be.
