Was pleasant stay at the hotel , right from reception (Mr. Kamal & Ms. Teena)to home services everyone is just so polite n talking nicely. Food is just simply awesome thnx n all the best.... C u next time.

This is very good hotel for celebration of parties, marriages, festivals.
I enjoyed my stay at Dolphin because of hotel personnel and shiny smile of S. Asha and Radha Madams when i checked in on the first day. They are very attentive and executive ladies who deserve promotion and best benefits of the hotel.
Rooms are comfortable. If you need anything then you will get it almost immediately. Housekeeping madam Devi who works on the 7th floor made my stay comfortable.
Restaurant food was cooked specially for russians who don't eat spicy food that is why special thanks to Chef and waiter Sujan in the Horizon restaurant.
When i checked out i felt that Hotel Personnel became very close to me as a family and relatives whom i don't want to leave. Pleasant sorrow.
Front office manager Mr. Shahbaz is perfect.
I knew that all my wishes will be fulfilled as well as for other guests.

Good hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Reception personnel is very attractive, talkative and attentive. This brilliant feeling i got on the first day of my visit to the hotel when S. Asha and Radha welcomed me. These girls deserves promotion and more priviliges. ð¹
One more good impression and services i got from waiter in the horizon restaurant, his name Sujan.
My team of russians are vere pleased to stay in your hotel.
Mr. Shahbaz is perfect front office manager.
I wish all the best to hotel personnel be at high level and attract more people for stay, celebration of parties, comfortable living.

It is very good hotel and I loved to stay I am frequent visitor in this hotel.
All staff are very co-operative, food is very good, specially they have live band on 7th floor.
Would be coming again n again

We went to Vizag with family for a long weekend stay, planned to stay @ Dolphin hotels. We reached there early and requested for an early check-in; front office executive attended us with positive energy.
But, rooms (with two single beds) were allotted for both families. It was terribly noisy in the first hour due to some maintenance work, we had to leave the rooms. On further requests and multiple follow-ups, we were shifted to new rooms approx. after 5 hours. This time, it was ALL GREAT.
Complimentary breakfast provided was excellent, and delicious with wide variety of options both for Veg and Non-Veg. We took a Sunday dinner during our stay @ hotel. Unfortunately, few items picked by us were either half-cooked or burnt.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the staff was very cooperative. Ambience, Presentation was awesome. I would definitely recommend to others and consider Dolphin next time I travel !!
