Stinking hotel.
Moist.
Underlit rooms.
Shabby interiors.
Better options available nearby.
The moment you enter the hotel premises, you're welcomed by gutter smell at the entrance, at the parking, in the corridors.
Rooms are poorly lit, seems like the management has been postponing renovation for a long time.

Spacious rooms...good food..centraly located

Visited this property from 16.09.2107 to 17.09.2017...big rooms near and clean overlooking valley good food near to all down town attractions very big space of parking staff is friendly best for family and friends....

I Went to this place last year in Monsoons. Its at the Mall Road, very much connected to all major shops. I wudnt advise this place in Monsoons as the hotel location is at a downward Slope where all rain water accumulates and its virtually impossible to take out Vehicles as all water of Mall Road comes here.
View from Hotel is good. Staff is okayish, dint like the Reception staff, they are very lathargic.
Food is good, rooms are quite decent enough given the Rates. The hotel has a Gaming zone right next to it.

Best Hotel in Mussoorie

Went for dinner with family in this reputed hotel and experienced delicious food with live music on roof top area. Personally i recommend everyone to visit this hotel once a while. definitely i'll visit this place again soon.

Good people with best service and divine experience in food,
Dining area is open roof top with live music
Rooms are very very spacious and we decorated
Has a large parking of its own and mall road is just next to the hotel
