Visited this hotel with family. Lots of expectations from the family. It was near to our flat and is a good place to spend the night. Bar was OK. Food is ok. Rooms are clean. Can't expect anything better in this price.

the odour is terrible . the rooms are very very small and the bathrooms are terrible. complete wastage of money . probably other reviews are added by the management of the hostel.the room door handle was broken and said no worries go outside nothing will happen.

I stayed in this place when I was in Kolkata for my convocation because its very close to IIM Joka. But this stay proved to be the most horrible hospitality experience of my life though the exteriors will charm you to their trap.
Location:(Bad) Very far from central Calcutta, but close to IIM Joka, which itself is the farthest place in Calcutta.
Rooms:(Horrendous) Patchy walls, poor interiors, smelly toilets with no geysers. Windows were permanently screwed so no ventilation. Stained linen with blood marks all over.
Reception:(Hideous)Insist on seeing the rooms first then make a decision. The staff will try to sell the expensive rooms.
House Keeping:(Average)Staffs are helpful if you tipped them well.
Overall: A Must Avoid Hotel.

P.S: This place serves as a joint for un-married day stay couples. So if you got kids and family then please stay away.

The hotel was located on the outskirts of the city, away from the main road with a pleasant ambience. The gardens and swimming pool in the hotel makes it more than a budget hotel. The reception starts were helpful and the room was having bath tub too. Though service was bit delayed, but it's okay as we were in no hurry . Should try for a night stay for couples.

The hotel was booked through app by filtering properties for unmarried couple at a good rate and away from the main city. It is located on the outskirts of the city. The hotel was quite big and has a beautiful ambience. The room was not that great, but had a bath tub and got free WiFi too from Oyo, as well as AC rooms with TV and other amenities. Services were not very prompt, but staffs were humble.
