I was there during semana santa (spring break). The hotel gives you a basic room and for the price you pay. They can do a better job with cleaning the rooms better. They offer free breakfast. The staff treat just like any person in the street not as a customer, I feel the they can do a better job in customer service and clean the rooms better. The moment, I got this hotel, I knew what, I was going to get. Overall, it is what I expected.

Einer and Evelyn were wonderful hosts. They missed none of our needs and volunteered ideas and suggestions that embellished our Nica welcome. From porting our luggage to our lovely room, ordering exceptional cab service to recommending the perfect dining spot.
WiFi was fast and strong
The gardens were lush and tasteful, the pool sparkling clean and the included patio breakfast spot on .

Nice hotel with small pool. Not too far from the new cathedral. The rooms are ok, so is the breakfast. The staff is friendly. Good place if you are in Managua for a day or two.
Nothing much to do in the area except for a shopping mall an the cathedral.

Stayed here almost a week during a business trip to Managua. The hotel is very well located, near a mall. Staff are very nice, always smiling (most of them). Rooms are very quiet, with AC and fans. It's very safe, with people controlling access all the time in an efficient way. Breakfast is not the huge buffet of brand hotels, but it is still good, and the ladies there are always keen on preparing eggs and gallopinto (rice and beans) for you.
I strongly recommend this hotel, with an excellent price.

Nice and secure hotel in Managua. Extremely friendly service - the receptionist offered help for literally everything. Rooms are not spectacular, but nice and very clean. Nice patio with a pool. Highly recommended.
