From the location to the staff to the food, this place is brilliant! Loved it! The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Their services are quick and good. Their chef is a north Indian and the quality of the food was fabulous!

Very very poor....
To jiby the manager... it was my anniversary I n decided to celebrate it at your resort Elephant Route...the rooms were Dirty with peanuts and chips around. Wash room were unhygenie where drainage was blocked... the most important thing No Hot Water .... Cold Buffet....and just to add we were not served breakfast where as we had paid for it ...as our package was inclusive of breakfast....really pathetic

Itâs a new Hotel hardly a year old, WiFi is not good and no network in the room. the place is nice and the location is right next to a tiger reserve. The clendlyness is not very upto the mark. The room is nice and staff is decent. Itâs alright if you want to stay here for a day.

Elephant route hotel is just at stone throw distance from Elephant camp and Kathakali show stadium. The rooms were big and clean. The food was ok and not that great. Managements need to work on the staffing and restaurant. Periyar park is also nearby to the hotel. This hotel is best if you have less time in Thedakky. Easy access to Elephant camp and shows will save lots of your time .Ps: Do take Elephant ride and bath Package and also visit Kathakali and Karalipattu show

We stayed two nights in this hotels. The rooms are spacious but there was no hot water for two people on both days! Even cold water stopped in the middle of the shower! We were supposed to come after an early morning 3 hr trekking for breakfast. The kitchen staff said that breakfast was closed. The travel agent has to call and intervene to get us the breakfast, which was cold. They wouldn't warm the food, when asked.
