The information about check in and check out time of the hotel Empire international Church street was incorrect The hotel staff told us there was facility of 24 hr check in check out but online it was mentioned 12 noon to 12 noon so i was forced to cancel my plan to go to ooty . The hotel was also very incooperative when doing any adjustment . They charged us Rs 900 as our journey back to mumbai was by train at 8:55 and so we had to continue the booking for 5 hours . Had we known there was 24 hour checkin checkout we would have gone to ooty and then come to Bangalore at 8 pm or so and so in that case we would have not have had to spend extra Rs 900 for the room. We had no problem with other bookings which we did through other sources .Our Original plan was to visit Mangalore Mysore Ooty Bangalore lepakshi however we were forced to visit Mangalore Mysore Bangalore lepakshi and missed Ooty . Also we landed up paying extra on the vehicle as we had booked a vehicle for seven days from Mangalore to lepakshi but lost on kilometers as we did not go to Ooty and so had to simply pay for approximately 500 kms without usage . On our return we asked the hotel staff Mr Riyaz to book a vehicle for us We informed him that we have 4 bagages and need a vehicle with a carrier to reach Bangalore Cantonnment station from the hotel Empire international Church street he said yes and told us charge was Rs 400 however when the vehicle came there was no carrier and not much space to fit the bagages we had to take 2 bagages on our lap .On Two Occassion we spoke to the reception about wifi password but we did not get it .Parking also was a problem as roads were being repaired and so we had to circle around the hotel twice and then park on the road and get into the hotel carrying our bagagae and then when we came to thehotel the hotel staff came and took our bagage. To Top all this The driver of the vehicle we booked with Empire International Church street had the audacity to say you want to take the vehicle take the vehicle otherwise book another one

We were going to stay six nights but ended up checking out after two nights as the noise from the construction next door and the pub across the road was keeping us awake until 2AM.
The room is quite OK but the brown decor is a bit drab. Rooms were clean and spacious so if you are a heavy sleeper give it a go.

12 nooon @ night, We did get food anywhere, but we get food here ONLY.... :)
A nice place for different briyanis.
Briyanis taste and varieties also nice.
Big place,Good seating arrangement.
Quite good n fast service .
Ambience also decent but crowdy place.
Coste also affordable.

Last week I visited to the place with 4 of my friends. The ambience is very good and the service was awesome.
We ordered both veg and non veg food. Both quality are good.
Service was very fast and good.

i been for a dinner with my friend.we ordered grill chicken,biryani and shawarma it was terrible the chicken was not grilled properly it was half cooked and biryani was very poor the rice grain was not cooked when we complained they gave a complimentary 2 pieces of chicken kabab waste of money.
