Well located in the centre of shopping area. Rooms are quite big but need renovation! Works are going on for the moment (January 2018) so expect noise..had room on the 12th Floor and from 9 oâclock could not sleep any more..
Breakfast is huge, a lot of sweet pastry, fruits, Spanish tapas. Staff is very friendly!

found this place very comfortable, high standard rooms and good service for a very reasonable price. I took public transport from the airport and reached the Hotel in maximum 15 minutes. You can walk to the Fine Arts Museum and to Guggenheim and you are right in the centre of the shopping district. The street where the Hotel is located is nevertheless very quiet and your will get lots of good receptions for bars and restaurants at the reception. Overall, very pleasant stay and highly recommendable!

Hotel Ercilla is conveniently located in the centre of Bilbao on a main shopping street and within a walking district of all the hot spots.
I spent two nights there and would recommend it to anyone planning a stay. Good service, comfortable rooms and all you need.
I will be coming back.

Construction started at 8:30AM right outside our window. Hammering, screeching scaffolding and loud workers screaming at each other. Front desk didnât seem to know what was going on. Bed was also extremely uncomfortable for two people.
It would have been nice to know about the construction before booking as many people like to sleep in on vacation. I wouldnât stay here again.

The hotel could do with a little refurbishing but everything worked and the staff is friendly. The location is excellent, almost everything in Bilbao can be reached on foot. I enjoyed the sound of the school children, it gives life to a place.
