This is the third time Iâve stayed in this hotel and Iâll keep going back. The location is perfect as Leidseplein is literally just around the corner. The staff are always lovely and ensure your every need it met. We did not spend much time in the hotel but when we did it was comfy and clean. I should be back next year!

I stayed for two nights with a group of eight. We were allocated two quad rooms. Upon arrival at approx 10am we were able to check into one of the rooms which meant we dropped our bags and walked straight into Amsterdam. The hotel does offer a room for bags whilst waiting to check in or to leave bags on your last day after checking out.
The main areas of the hotel are clean and modern. The bar is quite sweet and there is a garden area to the back. The breakfast buffet was lovely.
Our rooms were sufficient but a little dated and could do with a bit of renovation. There is a hairdryer, TV and phone. The safe didnât work. The beds were comfortable. Could have used more towels and the shower head seemed blocked (limescale?) but it was hot and powerful enough despite this.
The staff were lovely and extremely friendly, especially the lovely gentleman who served us drinks on the nights of our weekend.
It is about 25 minutes walk to Dam Square but itâs all flat and you walk through lovely streets with lots of shops, bars and cafes so you can always stop on the way.
The hotel is approx 10 minutes from the Van Gogh museum in one direction and 10 minutes from The Hard Rock Cafe in the other.
Pleasant stay, not a bad location, reasonably priced.

Stayed in this hotel with two other friends....what a lovely hotel!! Would recommend it to friends, family and anyone who'll listen lol. I've stayed in Amsterdam before and found the rooms are very small (can barely swing a cat in them) but this hotel was so different. Very modern and the rooms were spacious with an okay bathroom
Would stay in this hotel again. Only a 5/10min tram ride into the centre

Just returned home from a 3 night stay at this hotel with friends. We were given a triple room that had a double bed and a single.
The beds were very comfortable and clean. Made everyday by the maid service. We didnât pay for breakfast in advance however we paid â¬9.50 at the end of our stay for breakfast each morning. The breakfast is good and has a mixture of hot a cold food. Good price as it is all you can eat and breakfast in Amsterdam is expensive and therefore it is convenient.
Although this hotel is a 3 star it is expected that the bathroom is clean. However our bathroom smelt the whole time we stayed at this hotel, smelt like sewerage. Towels were also tiny.
Maids really noisy in the morning. Stood right outside our door talking to each other loudly. Inappropriate for the time of morning.
You also expect your possessions to be safe however we didnât feel they were at all. The hotel takes your key off you when you leave the hotel and you pick it up on return. However they never checked who you were and on one occasion I accidentally said the wrong room number and they gave me the key. So obviously not checking anything. The safe wasnât opened for us at the start of our stay and therefore had to ask them why our safe wasnât working, to be told it only works if they come and open it for you. I think this should be opened straight away especially with how easily it would be for people to get hold of the key to your room.
Telephone in the room also didnât work so couldnât ring down when we had concerns or problems. One concern being 2 men walking into our room.
The location of this hotel is atleast a 25 min walk to the centre (Dam Square) therefore we had to buy tram passes something we didnât expect.

The Hotel is in a great location, close to Vondel Park and the Museums. It's easy to find and the staff are friendly.
My room (like most Amsterdam Hotel rooms) was small but warm, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom also small but ok.
For a budget hotel it was a good price in a good location.
The room was clean but could do with a 'deep clean ' including the insect filled ceiling light.
My room was on the first floo overlooking the garden. The hotel staff should be more aware that the noise they make in the garden when on breaks etc carries and kept me awake a bit at one point. Also I could smell their smoke.
Overall for the money and location a pleasant, warm and comfortable to sleep hotel.
