Run-down "hotel", needs an URGENT face-lift and decent maintenance, clean bedlinen, clean but old-fashioned room, clean but poorly equipped bathroom, clean but rusty shower. So called "smoke-free rooms" are in fact rooms that have been hit with an air-refresher after somebody smoked there

We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel, in general, is humble with nearly no amenities or facilities to offer, don't get me wrong, it is ok for a 2* hotel, however, what is not accepted and found it below standard is the manner and behaviour of the night staff. This man was the most ever rude, aggressive receptionist we've ever seen. I don't think he should be kept in this job as he lacks the politeness and courtesy to deal with the guests. The day staff and the bed-maker are very good persons. Unfortunately, this man who was put wrongly in this position succeeded to ruin our experience in Brussels and made very unpleasant and bitter.

The room was clean, the shower quite powerful and the staff friendly and helpful. It's not in the centre of brussels however the drive is about 15 mins (depending on traffic) and costs between 15-20 euros. You can use Uber taxis however they only take card payments, no cash. The public transport is very good you can get the shuttle into the centre which would take about half an hour and the prices are roughly 2.50 euros each which allows you to travel on any shuttle or bus for up to an hour.
If youre willing to travel into the centre then this hotel is definitely worth a stay as it's very reasonably priced however if you want somewhere central of brussels then this probably is a bit too far.

Very understanding and friendly staff offering their help. Nice location close to the EU and NATO institutions in a quite area where one can have a good rest. In the vicinity there is a row of cafees and a Carrefour supermarket. The rooms are clean and tidy. The beds and the comforts are alright and well combined with the competitive prices for the accommodation. The breakfast is basic but well served which is proportionate to the price one pays off. The provision of the WiFi Internet is free and adequate so it is possible to get connected with the world.

Hotel is far away from city center, but near to Brussel Zaventem Airport and to NATO's headquarters. The hotel is a small and clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was also good with croissants :)))
