Very bad customer service (Have done my booking through online portal and I forgot to mention my organization GST number at the time of booking. Later I have requested them to provide GST invoice as they have collected the GST amount at the time of booking. Finally I have not received the GST invoice after so many folded hand requests and after getting the written email from the online portal. Also I have not received the proper justification not to give the GST invoice.. Please ready to listin one word "AS INSTRUCTED BY OUR MD, WE CAN'T) ABOUT THE HOTEL: No restaurant and provide street side foods at triple price.. located inside of a narrow lane.. Harassment If You Have Done The Booking Through Online Portal.. Small room and small bed with full of cockroaches & mosquitoes (they do not bother to provide Good night liquid after 8~10 follow ups).. Praying Lord Almighty to give enough strength to the travelers for staying in this hotel..

Had been to Vijayawada city last week and we stayed at Hotel Executive Inn. Reception and service of the staff are excellent. I would strongly recommend this hotel for your stay. Wifi available. I Felt like rooms are bit small.

What they charge is slightly on the higher side. but the rooms are cramped and narrow walk-area. Rooms need a facelift. We ordered an extra bed, and hardly there was space for it. The furnitures inside the room may need a bit of ergonomic design. That may improve some space inside the room. Wifi was intermittent, Cable was working. We experienced intermittent Power cuts too. Location is the only Plus point. There's no parking either (you'll have to park on the roads).

I was disappointed with the Hotel service and cleanliness compared to what the reviews said on tripadvisor definitely the reviews need to be validated. A case in point is the water tank was completely emptied when we were using the bathroom for bathe and muddy waters ran in the taps for close to 45 mins before we could get an alternative water bucket to complete the bathe. The Hotel management did not inform us that water will not be available for next 45 - 60 mins so pl. don't use the bathroom until a particular time, it was unplanned, uninformed and finally uncared for. Similarly the quality of towels provided was very old. Last but the least there is no parking for vehicles inside the hotel, only on the road. Except for the price and location...i don't see another reason to return to Hotel Executive Inn

Good Budget Hotel for staying in heart of city. The rooms were neat but quite small. The area is noisy and no car parking available. I was traveling to Vizag with family and stayed for two days to go around Vijaywada.
