What is a hotel? a place to sleep at. Hardly possible in this hotel. We had to call the desk several times to get the staff to react and check 2 rooms where people 1) listen to the TV at high volume 2) another room where guests had drunk and made noise nuisance with the open door until almost 1 am. The elevator makes a big squeaking and banging noise as you need to close the inner and outer door by hand strongly. As early as 8 am the staff already banged doors and spoke loudly in the corridors that carry the sound throughout the building. I do NOT recommend.
Finally we had to ask the staff to clean up the floor of the bathroom, which was not perfect.

Reached Pune early in the morning and booked this hotel through OYO rooms. Since hotel staff told no rooms are vacant so roamed through streets of Koregaon Park for 3-4 hours.
Finally got the chance of Checking In and found room quite congested. It was not matching to the standard they charged from me, also found the breakfast not too tasty as option was limited.
Hotel pretty much average and can make its services better.

Location of the hotel is really nice, easy to locate and near to German Bakery. Restaurants and bars are walking distance from here.
Rooms need to be more clean specially the beds, No multiple options for breakfast. Just the fixed menu of sandwiches , Poha and paranthey. No restaurant in the hotel. Room service is still there

Very good location, room and bathroom decent size. Cleanliness is a weak point though. Bedsheets were used and with all sorts of stains. I asked for new ones, which smelled washed while still stained. Helpful staff. Have not tried breakfast.
