In case you don't end up reading this long review, the one thing I want you to get out of this is DO NOT STAY HERE! We got greeted by an angry man and his wife who clearly have never heard of customer service or being nice to paying customers. The more we walked into this complex, the stronger smell of urine, extreme body odor, and sour feet we smelt... I thought I was going to gag. Waited 10 minutes while the owner's wife was yelling on the phone on speaker in what they called a reception area, which was just an area in their restaurant which had very dirty floors. They tried to have us pay extra for a so called "nicer" room, which was just as bad as the room we were placed in. The shared bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for at least a couple of weeks, the shower was a mess. I understood that I was paying for the cheapest option, but I thought they would be nice enough to at least clean the bathroom and the floors of the bedroom. The medal doors to the bedroom looked like they were tapped to the walls and did not close properly whatsoever, anyone could easily come into the room whenever. Like I mentioned before, the floor had dead bugs all over them and there was a huge spider in the corner of the room with a giant spider web. The walls had bamboo mats pinned to them and writing in marker all over them, did not give off the best vibes at all. When they noticed that we were not happy with the room, they would not leave us alone while we tried to figure out what we wanted to do. They kept knocking and coming into the room and started getting aggressive. Since I noticed that they had quite a temper, I tried to stay as calm as I could before anything happened. We spent about 15 minutes in that room, before we ended up checking out and finding another place to stay because it was that bad. So moral of the story, is do not stay here because you will regret it the moment you are greeted and you will also not get your money back. SO please, listen to these reviews before you book this place!

Worst accomodation I've ever stayed in

I have been around the world and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed.

The hotel manager is feisty, not polite but I liked her as she reminded me of a friend. The accomodation as a whole disorganised, unaware that we were checking in, could not find keys to any of the rooms, tried to charge extra for different rooms. Rooms do not lock, and worst smell possible from sewage pipe running through the bedrooms.

Hotel managers husband aggressive, shouting at guests and losing his temper. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

BE WARNED-FOR YOUR OWN SAKE-STAY AWAY

The first night we stayed in this place, the owner, a very irate Russian guy, started an argument with my husband at 10pm, stating that Sunmaster, the booking company, had not paid him and we had to leave. (WE HAD PAID FOR THE WHOLE HOLIDAY UPFRONT AND HAD EVIDENCE)

Our three year old son was upstairs fast asleep after a long journey to his very first foreign holiday. Eventually, I managed to coax the owner into letting us stay that night (if I paid for it (AGAIN)

In the morning we left at first light after not sleeping a wink worrying that the owner would knock on the very flimsy door of our room that didnt lock properly.

Here are some other things that were wrong with the room:

1. The headboards were not attached to the two single beds in our double room. They banged every time we turned. Trust me there was no romance bc we were both v stressed.

2. The temparature control for the shower was near the ceiling. Shower was set to cold. We couldn't reach the control.

3. Bathroom door was a thin plastic concertina and toilet was right next to door. Door didn't close properly and smell from bathroom was already of a blocked drain.

4. No AC or fan in the room. Ac is not common in Europe obviously but no fan and no mosquito net or light curtain if you need to open a window is not. There was nothing but long grass just off the balcony. Choice was boil or be eaten alive.

5. The bedroom door does not close unless someone slams it and locks it on the slam. This was great when our son was asleep and the two of us were going back and forth trying to cajool the mad owner.

6. Dirty dishes all over restaurant, no staff either at lunch or dinner. Completely empty. When we went down at dinner for food they had run out and also run out of drinks.

Never had a drink been needed more before.

this Place is not how it looks in Pictures they have taken the Pictures from another hotel.
the service is not good at all and the rooms are small and dirty.
we found Death ants in Our madress .
the breakfast buffet was not like the Pictures.
all they served was not good tasting pancakes and boiled eggs.
the dishes was dirty.

Disgusting! Avoid at all cost!

I have been in some dodgy hotels/guest houses around the world (Asia, Africa..), I have never seen anything that repulsive!

What is striking when you get in the hotel is the smell of sweat from everything! Sheets, curtains, towels.. (the owner..)
Reasons not to stay there:
- it doesn't look at all like the pictures in booking.com
- it literally stinks
- you have to ask for everything otherwise you don't get the hotel basics (room cleaned, towels and linen changed, toilet paper refilled..)
- no soap/shampoo
- towels with stains..
- rooms are not cleaned from one day to another
- they didn't refill the toilet paper when it ran out..
- no hot water
- sometimes no water at all
- water not drinkable (even though there is no sign of it)
- food is barely eatable (they can't even make Bolognese, an Italian guest had to show them how to do it)
- stayed 6 days there and they didn't seem to care that there was a tampon at the entrance of the "hotel"

Help yourself and go somewhere else!
