I stayed there on 30-Dec-17. Hotel's infra is good. Have parking space. Rooms were fine, however, more cleanliness was required. Service was poor, got drinking water after multiple follow ups. Didn't get mosquito repellent for the room. Food was good but overpriced. Breakfast was complimentary and good. Overall an average stay.

Hotel reception staff (particularly Mr Anoop) was very rude and non cooperative. Room service is horrible. It takes at least half an hour to send even drinking water and some orders (like morning tea) are never completed even after numerous reminders. In the night, there is absolutely no room service. Food is highly over priced. Rooms had mosquitoes and hotel was not able to provide all out even on request. Not at all recommended.

Bad experience.... Lots of mosquitoes in room., food is costly and not so tasty also ,only Taj Mahal is near , hotel staff behavior is not so effective. Lift service is not for every floor, rooms are stinky also

Had dinner in restaurant âKARANâ excellent food must try Chicken Tikka, Kashmiri Aloo, Malai kofta with chilled beer - courteous staff a place well secluded - great for private parties - well can be discovered more

Excellent stay . Food is delicious , staff cooperative. Near to Taj Mahal. I use to visit here. location is good . I would like to share my all friends come and stay in Ganga Ratan Hotel. Next time shyor i will come with my family. Thanks to all....
