We came here for 3 nights early this week, an amazing peaceful & serene stay where everyone was extremely helpful attentive & all the staff/management was always smiling.
The front desk was very informative about the locality & recommended local attractions which were all wonderful.
The rooms were all very clean, room service was prompt, hot water available constantly.
We did not order in-room dining & glad we didn't because the restaurant on the top floor has delicious food with breath taking views! All the restaurant staff were extremely attentive & had good knowledge of the menu.
The hotel management also organise daily evening Arti at Triveni Ghat with their own pandit who will perform a evening Ganga Pooja at no cost.
Choosing this hotel is the best decision we made & I will definitely be returning. I spoke with some other guests who were at the same hotel on their fourth/fifth visit.
I cannot finish this review without mentioning the manager Mr Krishna Negi who clearly cares about the guest experience, his staff & the hotel.
Besides Krishna Negi. I must also mention Jitender in the restaurant, always welcoming & others including the front desk (Virendra, Suraj, Rohit, Shivani & Anjali) who were always smiling. (I just hope I have not forgotten anyone)
Thank you all at Ell Bee, you have all made our trip memorable & we made special memories & made new friends.

The hotel is located next to the Holy River Ganga and from the rooms you get an excellent view of it and the rajaji national park and it is just 200 mts to Triveni Ghat where you can go for the divine ganga aarti .The decor is really very pretty and the staff is extremely courteous . The rooftop restuarant 'The Sitting Elephant" - simply loved it , a special thanks to the manager, Mr Jitendra Negi for paying extra attention to our needs.The food was delicious and we were delighted to experience the hospitality extended by each and every staff members. Highly recommended !!!

We arrived in Rishikesh after a 7 day trek in the Himalayas under tents. We wanted a nice place to recoup and got much more than we bargained for and at a great price. The rooms were very spacious with very comfortable beds and even better pillows. The staff go way out of their way to help you and you can see that they genuinely want you to have a good experience. The sitting elephant, the restaurant is legendary with Jitendra as the manager, he takes very good care of âhisâ guests and is of great advise. He even took time off to help us buy saris and gosh he got us a wonderful price for them!!! The food at the restaurant is very good and they are willing to make special arrangement to accommodate us. After our first night Jitendra asked us how the room was, we just noted to him (in a very casual way) that we had to let the shower water run a bit before the hot water came. Next thing we know, we get a call from reception and weâre upgraded to a superior room with a bath !!! They had low occupancy at that time and the effort was way more than anyone would have ever hoped.
The hotel is a little offset from the Laxman Jhula which seems to be the tourist hotspot but we were happy to be away. We were conveniently close to the Triveni Ghat and the market. If Iâm every going through Rishikesh again I definitely would go there again!

Outstanding location, eficient and warm staff. Clean and wide room from where you can see Elephants from the windows. The restaurant is fascinating, great food and a mix of flavours burst into your mouth.

I liked the hotel.. The corridors smell amazing.. The decor is beautiful.. Didnt like the view from my room.. The room was nice.. The yoga teacher seemed like a pervert to me as he was trying to touch me again n again..
