Quality of service and hotel was great. No complains.
Room were huge and nicely decorated. Breakfast is one of the best ever.
Whiskey bar was not open when it was supposed to be, it would be nice place to sit down and enjoy the vast amount of diffrent whiskeys and cognacs. But no, closed because no customers?? Who will be wanting to sit on there around 20.00. More like 23.00
Also, no bluetooth speakers on rooms and TV is outdated. Maybe nowdays should have TV with casting option, 5start hotel still.

Have just returned from a 3 night break the greeting at reception was warm and inviting and in general the staff are warm and friendly however this is not the same in the bar here they seem to just close up as early as possible in my case last drink I was told at 11.10 and when I enquired about the whiskey bar I was told thats shut as well.This is a shame because the manager of the micro brewery was a delight to talk to with an obvious passion for his work
The rooms are clean and comfortable with a high standard of service.
The one thing missing is tea and coffee making facilities
In gneral I would recommend this hotel but you may need to go out if you want a drink after dinner

They are very proud of their heritage and have displays of various VIP's who have stayed here (mainly footballers it would seem).
I didn't actually stay here, but, tried the spa on the 5th floor in the modern annexe, and, found the manicure there excellent. It really is true that when a Polish manicurist does your cuticles they stay done for probably a fortnight!
Only downside is the the easy chairs in the waiting area are MOST uncomfortable. They seem to have sacrificed good looks (and they are good looking) for comfort. Luckily I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes before the lady was ready for me.

We stayed in the hotel for a night. Great location in an ancient warehouse at the waterside. Old part of the hotel, rated as five stars, has a lot of atmosphere. Nice restaurant in the house brewery. Rooms are nice, not too spacious, I would rate it four star. Very nice and efficient staff. Prices are fair. They have a spa with sauna and good functioning WiFi. We certainly will come back.

We decided to book a good hotel for our trip to Gdansk and even upgraded the room. The price was very reasonable and cheap to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The drive takes about 30 min and costs about 70sl. The services at the hotel is great!Everyone is always smiling and willing to assist. The room was not the biggest I have seen despite upgrading the room but the room had everything we needed. The included breakfast was fine.
