my family was recommended to this place,and we booked for the family room,to our despair the family room had a double bed with 2 couches.now we are 4 people and we are asked to sleep on the couch as there is no space for extra mattress in the family room.we got a hang of the situation and moved to the freshening up and here the taps are broken also one tap had hot water gushing out.it took the hotel about an hour and a half to fix the water problem as we did not want a flood in our room. finally around 2:30am we managed to get some sleep.

Hotel is within close proximity to main shopping areas such as Commercial Street, MG Road, as well as large shopping malls such as Garuda Mall. Also very close to hospitals such as Manipal Hospital, Mallya Hospital etc. So it's at a very ideal location for those visiting for shopping, exploring or medical treatment.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very polite security guard. There is also an excellent restaurant. Loved the Indian food there.

The rooms need to be more modern but it enough for a good nights sleep
Real budget hotel in the heart of the city
The food menu is extensive and a non veggie delight
The staff is very cordial and suggestions for dinner are very good

There was confusion that the room was booked via cleartrip and payment was already made. Took 45mins to clear up the confusion. Next, the room did not have hot water supply and got only a bucket of hot water for taking bath, after requesting multiple times. The TV did not work and the Commode seat was broken in pieces.

Good rooms and bathrooms food and staff.majestic is walkable distance from the hotel.parking facility is not available i think .Best hotel for taking group packages.enjoyed the stay in geo banglore...i am sugessting this hotel for stay
