We decided upon the restaurant of the Hotel Gnanam for dinner after reading how âhip & trendyâ it was. You could have fooled us...it was vegetarian and middle-aged and, frankly, quite boring. We ordered 3 dishes and naans. Not for the first time, the naans and two dishes arrived, but the final dish did not materialise within the following hour, so we gave up. The staff, although at one level very helpful, didnât seem to care, which is surprising when you think of the multitude of restaurants chasing not that many customers!! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a good night out.

Very comfortable, smart, friendly, well-run hotel. Large, comfortable, quiet rooms. Excellent ground floor restaurant (veg) & separate non-veg rest. & bar. Great location, all major attractions easily walkable.

Friendly staff though rooms are average and cleanliness could be improved. The veg restaurant has great tasting food however service can be slow. This veg restaurant is much better than the non veg which had an unwelcoming vibe.

We stayed as family. We had stayed with a 6 year son. The place is child friendly. Room #111. Veg restaurant Sahana was friendly place. We did not suffer stomach upsets. Not too spicy but tasty too. Front desk staff were helpful and cheerful. Housekeeping and room service were responsive. We had spilled coffee accidentally on the comforter in the morning. When we came back in after temple visit it was changed.
Pros: 24 hr checkout, housekeeping, veg restaurant, neat interiors, fresh and clean bathrooms
Cons: stayed only one day. Did not find any issues.

Booked through Make My trip. The Hotel delivered what it promised. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is free wifi. The Staff are really nice. The location is the plus point ,very close to all attractions. Enjoyed the stay for a Day and would certainly recommend.
