Rooms are average hotel staff a little less responsive. rooms should have proper ventilation. Bathrooms were small in some rooms outer look of hotel is good but some rooms not good ....some of the floors were smelling need to work on cleanliness...hotel is nearer to market which adds a pluspoint and parking also good overall average

Had a very bad experience at this hotel. Pathetic customer service. Room and the hotel overall is no good than a lodge. We had to switch to a different hotel after going through the ordeal. The person at the reception did not even give a damn about it.

Itâs a nice and clean hotel. The best part is that it is walking distance from the sourhten most point of India. But then the drawback is because of itâs location, lot of tourists are crowding the area. There is lot of traffic and hustle bustle. Coming to the hospitality, the staff was courteous and helpful. The food is good and the breakfast buffet is of decent spread. The rooms are clean too. Decent budget hotel!

The front desk staff are not helpful. No hospitality at all. Interior of the hotel are looks very dirty. rooms are very small. Break fast was OK but very limited. Overall The hotel staff need more training to treat their customers.

i have travel on 20/01/2018 winter season with 3 family. In winter season hot water not available when ask to reception he told solar not working. have Very bad experience nobody response.no hot water,no clean,not upto the mark....room service also not good.
