Really good management and also excellent hospitality tasty foods roomes are neat and clean beds are comfortable sofas are available in rooms every thing was outsanding especially general manager sushma verma really a good manager

The overall experience was best and especially the service and hospitality of the staff. The manager Sushma Verma is very humble and one of the nicest persons i have ever met. I would like to stay for some more time there.

If you're staying​ in this hotel for your professional or personal work you will never be disappointed. The rooms are very clean with all basic amenities. The service is real quick. Overall a best hotel to stay.

We have stayed in Gordon House for two days. Helpful and cheerful staff and testy food is the best I liked about this hotel. They have free van service to helipad and SMVDSB office. Free WiFi is available in lobby area which is very useful as prepaid mobiles does not work in J&K. The only downside is toilets which needs some renovation.

Very bad hotel,small rooms,smelly washroom, taps leaked, phone not working, drop facilities is paid, bad receptionist, ac not working,geyser also not working bad facilities average food, staff misbehave
