This hotel is very conveniently located in a less crowded part of the city but easily accessible from city centre. I checked in on 31st December 2017 and was upgraded to a large suite room at no extra cost though I had booking for a double bedded room. The amenities were excellent with welcome drink, free wi fi toiletaries, newspaper etc and room service was prompt from their kitchen though there was no restaurent. My grateful thanks to Mr. Sanjay who kept our luggage on the next morning as we checked out for a city tour and as we were due to leave for Delhi in the evening he offered us one room free of cost to refresh ourselves and rest till we finally left. No problem for car parking also. I strongly recommend this hotel to visitors going to Gwalior.

Very close to the railway station, but away from the crowd and the Din of the city traffic. Easy to locate, clean spacious rooms, extra blankets and room heaters provided ( not that you really needed them in December- but much appreciated) and well appointed washrooms.
But most noteworthy quality is the degree of professional service & attitude offered by the management. I received advance text on the previous day of travel followed by a call inquiring about time of arrival or any other facility like pickup or local travel required - I availed of both. The car & driver provided by the hotel were both excellent and with gracious behavior. It was also very competitively priced.The breakfast (at room) provide was scrumptious (complimentary with my booking) and good. They offered a decent set of options to choose from. No restaurant with the property but the room service menu is quite exhaustive and the chef/cook could tweak the meal to individual requirement. The service was quite prompt. On the one occasion, I wanted to eat out - the staff provided enough references for other local joints nereby and suitable advice for short local trips.
I missed having the option of a electric kettle in the room, but the staff compensated for its lack with regular supply of hot water in flask both late in the evening and again early morning.
The trip was nicely rounded up by the management with complimentary Railway station drop - a well appreciated gesture !
Definitely worth repeat stay during my next trip.

One of the best hotel in Gwalior city which is about 500 m from railway station and situated in Lashkar. It provides free wifi system.It also provides well Guest house and also provides parking.Money saving hotel.

I have confession to make. I stayed at Hotel Grace nearly two years ago (whilst travelling in India for four weeks) but the experience was so lovely and staff so amazing that I thought it deserves a review, even though it will be an old one. The staff were very accommodating as we arrived quite late, very friendly and helpful, trying to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. If I ever go back will be definitely staying at Hotel Grace.

like most of other reviews, this place is certainly a great place for a budget stay in Gwalior. rooms were good and comfortable and had a mini refrigerator, safe locker nd tata sky dth.
during check-in folks at reception gifted a set of crayon nd a color book to my daughter. very small gesture but speaks greatly about hotel management.
no restaurant but provide full menu for in room dining. we ordered dinner and breakfast and was very well prepared.. ordered paneer paratha nd omelette for breakfast and both dishes were fantastic..
i booked through make my trip and for rs 1240 for one night, this place was exceptionally good.
would definitely recommend this hotel.
