Location is the advantage for this hotel..to stay, have a business meeting (300-500 pax in air conditioned hall) and have food and snacks in house..behind Ganga-Yamuna-Kaveri Cine Complex, in between Cross Cut Road and 100â road..having an excellent Biriyani restaurant (Venu) downstairs is an added advantage.

I stayed in this hotel last weekend , it was good and best value for money, nothing more. I strongly recommend other travelers this hotel, very close to bus stand, shopping and eateries. best value for money.wishing all success to Hotel grand palace will grow to more heights

visited with friend, for his project work...staff were simply amazing...simply super...rooms should have better cleaning... house keeping doing well... need some renovation in all the rooms to keep the standard...apart from my stay was excellent...

We were put up here for a wedding with a senior citizen (89y old grandma, 5y old child and other senior uncles and aunts) we were attending in town. For the price, Grand Palace is clean, well kept with spacious rooms and limited parking. The service staff here needs to improve with respect to promptness and keeping the rooms ready for use by way of towels and toiletries. The good thing is that Mr. Ravi who is the manager will get the work done. When we faced difficulties here after a long discussion with Mr Ravi, he was helpful and promptly looked into fixing the problem. The next time we are in town, I do hope to seeing this place doing very well.

It is located at a the centre of the city and is easily accessible. Rooms are clean, Air conditioning is of good quality .Beverages are available 24/7 and food ,if ordered is bought from outside.
Very courteous staff.I had a two year old kid and they made all possible efforts to make us comfortable and provide us what we asked for.
Overall,it is a comfortable place ,easily accessible,affordable and good service. I would recommend it for a short stay.
