I would suggest to avoid such a hotel,till management takes care of trifles,which I discussed.No warmth in the staff,non availability of even a bathroom Chappell would had made a difference.No parking is in itself a problem

Excellent amenities. Madan Pai and his staff is very responsive and caring. Very convenient location for any kind of visit. Also surrounded by very good market place. The hotel is also surrounded by all kinds of food joints.

Words will fall short if I start to explain the hospitality of Mr. Madan Pai and the staff of Grand Park Inn.
A tidy and nice hotel in between the chaos outside. It's situated in the heart of karol bagh with busy noisy roads but inside the hotel it's absolutely peaceful and you hardly any noise.
We are a family of four and our room was quite spacious and neat. The bathroom was big and kept neat too. The staff was ever helpful, very welcoming and friendly. Even our smallest needs were met without any hesitation from their side.
The breakfast was included and they have limited choices but we were happy with it anyway. The hotel food was delicious and cooked to perfection always.
Mr. Pai also organised a driver, Sukhpalji for us to go around the city and also cover agra. The driver was extremely nice and friendly.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone because we enjoyed every bit of our stay. It was like home away from home. Thank you from the bottom of our heart Mr. Madan Pai and staff.

We stayed here for 2 days. We had booked 1 family, 1 triple and 1 double bed room for our stay for 9 people. Due to last minute emergency, 1 person had to drop off. The hotel manager was considerate enough to price us for triple bed instead of family room.
Pros:
Very friendly manager and friendly staff
Rooms were spacious and air conditioned
Easily accessible from Jhandewalan Metro Station
Easy to go for shopping at Karol Bagh Market
They helped us by providing cabs for pick-up from NDLS railway station and drop at IGI Airport
Manager Mr.Madan Pai when approached helped us with how we can visit few nearby sightseeng spots of New Delhi that can be covered by means of Metro Rail

Cons:
Breakfast could have been better. On the 1st day we went and had our breakfast that was provided as complimentary. We didnt like it, so the next day, though the breakfast was complimentary, we went to A2B Veg Restaurant which was on the main road closer to the hotel to have our breakfast.
We need to be careful with our belongings, chains etc when we step out of the hotel. The hotel manager and staffs warned us regarding this.

The hotel was booked under a gadventures tour so I had no expectations of what would be in store. Also as a first time traveller to India it was my point of entry to this world! A great hotel overall with helpful staff and good food. Rooms varied but had everything we needed, would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!
