Hotel has a great location and is just two mins walk away from PVR Vikas puri. Rooms are good and their inhouse dinning restaurant cum bar serves really good food.
The only problem i had during my visit there was about the cleanness in the floor lobby areas.
Fun time with family

We booked banquet hall for our uncle's 75th birthday. Menu was lavish and food was very good. Staff was courtious and available always. During late dinner there was slight crisis of plates but that was sorted immediately..
Overall a good experience and perfect place from small Punjabi Parties ððð
Pathetic is an understatement Here!

We stayed at this hotel for attending a wedding. For once, I don't have any PROs about this place. So I am just going to mention the CONS about it! Read it to believe it
1. No Rooms were available when we went to check In
2. We had to wait 1 hour to get our confirmed rooms!
3. Rooms were pathetic and poorly maintained
4. The staff did nothing to help
5. The hotel is filled with marriage guests. Messing around the place
6. Noisy
7. Area is horrible
All in all I'd definitely NOT recommend booking this place. There are better places to stay around Vikaspuri and definitely not this one!

Booked room directly by Phoning this hotel after i found this from Google.wanted to visit a relative in vikaspuri so i was interested in Hotel in that area.Booked over Phone by looking at few photos.Went from Airport with my family. We were received well by the reception and shown to our room immediately.Room was very spacious. The Hotel was being renovated and some work was going on.Water in the Bath room was shut off and when complained it was restored. The restaurant in the ground floor was good and had bar also. The owner himself chatted with us and explained about the renovation project.stayed for 1 night. The hotel was located right in shopping area and PVR cinemas. While checking out reception had a problem with printer so i had to wait 1 full hour till it was restored.
Hotel Grand Westend, Vikaspuri

I stayed in Hotel Grand Westend in mid-June for one evening, and three nights in early July 2013. The modern-style rooms are very spacious and roomy, and the furniture is attractive. The window AC unit, particularly during my second visit, worked very well, keeping the humid 36 degree day at bay. The water for the shower is often not cool during the summer, most likely because the water tank is on the roof and is heated by the mid-day sun.
As this is the off-season for this hotel, which seems to cater to large groups such as wedding parties, perhaps my perspective is different. But I have had only really really good service, whether calling from the room or not. I asked for a few things, such as mineral water, attention when the wi-fi was not working, a sheet for the bed (they put thick blankets, which I don't really need when it's warm, on the bed), and a few other things and every single time, everything was addressed quickly and efficiently. There are also breakfasts that come with no additional charge offered in the downstairs restaurant between 7-10 am, and the aloo parathas and curd were good and came quickly. They also offer continental breakfasts. So while I've noticed that some people have complained about slow customer service, I've experienced quite the opposite during my four days here. Whether this is because it's the off-season, I don't know, as I don't think I've seen any other tourists here so far.
The hotel is located in a shopping complex and is very close to a McDonald's, a couple of restaurants that serve South Indian and Chinese food, a cinema, a photocopy place, and some other stores. It is a 30 rupee rickshaw ride from the Janakpuri West Metro station.
I should also note that on booking.com and other websites that I looked at, this seems to be the cheapest hotel around Vikas Puri that you can book online (single person, and as of this writing, it's 2200 rupees before taxes).
