Rooms are super we stay in suite room friendly staff.The hotel location is very much close to the railway station .but it is actually inside a narrow street. but no problem the staff are friendly ... overall a budget but star hotel & good service

My self satyaraj from kolkata.i have stayed here in Greens gate hotel with my family for 3 night with great experience.The best place in chennai for food that tastes better than home and for the price that is absolutely stunning. Friendly staff, superb ambience, clean and great place to have an awesome buffet breakfast,dinner & lunch. Truly the best one in chennai for North Indian dishes, even Chinese is fantastic.... Don't miss this place....absolutely marvellous....Special thanks to staff for their best service .

We booked a suite, but the third bed was in a room with no AC, which made it uncomfortable. The room service was not very prompt, everything had to be requested at least twice for action to be taken. In spite of leaving the room keys at the reception desk the next morning, the room was not cleaned. The phones provided on every floor kept ringing the whole night, which was very disturbing. Breakfast was OK, but items on menu for lunch and dinner were very mundane.

We were with our parents on a family tour of South India.We checked in to Greens Gate,Chennai, at late night from the airport & found the reception staffs very helpful in those odd hours too.The only problem we faced was the language.Neither they understood Hindi nor they could speak English properly...Anyways, both the rooms very neat & tidy.The food was good in taste.The buffet breakfast was delicious and had many options..The hotel location is very much close to the railway station,which is very beneficial but it is actually inside a narrow street which is somewhat uncomfortable..Overall,a budget hotel it is,which offers good service!

Just at walkable distance from railway station , very clean rooms with good service, the buffet breakfast is also good. Front desk service is good. Also its economical. They have facilities for rental cars.Rooms are spacious and clean.
