Locality is good, there is peaceful area, plenty of food which is tasty. Room is spacious, clean, and well ventilated, all facilities like AC, TV, wardrobe. comforable bed, hot water facility. Room service is quick, attentive, humble, also doesn't ask for tip.

The hotel is located a bit far from the New market area. Stayed there for a night. Rooms were clean. Same with the bathroom. They offer a complementary breakfast (which they buy from outside), with very limited options. Room service is good. Wifi available, but separate device needs to have separate access a/c.
Not sure whether Iâll visit again !

We stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent service and staff and manager were really helpful, giving us advice on places to visit/eat, and sorted out some problems we were having with booking train tickets. Rooms were very comfortable with fast room service. If you want to stay somewhere with excellent staff, look no further

Good hotel stayed in September it was a good experience. Rooms are clean and staff is helpfull. WiFi is functional in rooms also. Itz nearer to sealdah railway station. 24 hours hot and cold water available.

Surprisingly good hotel for a short stay.Breakfats included.Wifi only in the lobby area.Park street and downtown easily accessible.Restaurant is ok and has a Islamic feel as owner is muslim. From airport to this hotel ambassadar charges me 280/-.Its 21 Km from the airport.
