This hotel may be a little expensive, but it is totally worth it. Iâd recommend you the tatami rooms, which are a little more expensive since they are bigger. I love the regular rooms, too, though. Very nice location, considering that there is a shabu shabu next to the hotel. Impressive.

We stay at this unique elegantly appointed European influenced decor hotel on our last leg of our Japan trip before flying back to Australia.
On paper this hotel is conviently located near Umeda and Osaka station. However its a massive transport hub we had diffculties navigating through the stations and reaching the hotel.
The hotel check in is on the second floor around a corridor - it was a bit challenging locating the reception.
It was the by far the hardest hotels to navigate and locate out of the 3 hotels we stayed at throughout Japan. And our 1st time in Japan.
Our room on the 26th floor - only 3-4 or floors are used as hotel.
The room was well appointed with great view of Osaka. Larger rooms than your typical accomodation.
The decor was unique with European influences which beautiful.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with good English speaking abilities.
There are plenty of good rated Japanese cuisine - the difficulty was trying to pick up.
The hotel is nearby serval malls around the Umeda and Osaka train stations
Airport Buses available for pick as we didnât want to navigate through both Umeda/ Osaka stations
Overall itâs was a pleasant stay however due to the awkward access and diffculties navigating through the stations we wouldnât stay here again in our future travels.

This was our first hotel in Japan out of five and was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself was beautiful with lovely decor (beautiful Christmas decorations), good ameneties and was in a great part of Osaka in easy access to shops, restaurants and Umeda Station (also not that far from Osaka station). Staff at the hotel were courteous, helpful and hospitable. We didn't try the restaurants in the hotel because we had such easy access to a plathora of food places just down the road. (And across the road an awesome burger place.) The surrounding area was lovely (set up with Christmas lights), atmospheric and very quiet.
Our room on the 28th floor was our largest in Japan, very spacious, comfortable with all needed ameneties (a desk, 2 lounging chairs, a large, a handy phone to carry around with you (great if you don't have data set up on your phone)) and stunning city views. The bed was a large King, our first in Japan so noticably firm but you get used to this, still very comfortable. Pillows were a little too firm if there is anything to point out. The bathroom was a real highlight, huge with a large shower and bath, excellent basin (with a stool!) and great ameneties.
We really loved Osaka and our stay at Hankyu International really made it perfect.

The hotel is not far from JR Osaka station as well as the other local rail lines. Rooms are generous albeit in an older style.
Free WiFi and charging for devices is provided in-room, as well as decent toiletries.
Staff were always helpful. We were lucky to have decent views out to Osaka Bay. Even with the location, noise was never a problem.

Although a little bit expensive, this hotel has very high quality service and excellent beds. Very good location for a hotel. I love the rooms in this hotel, especially because of the beautiful view of Osaka.
