This hotel is very well located close to the main bus stand. The hotel is on a highland beside the lake and due to its location, you can get unrestricted view of the Naini Lake from its long terrace. Rooms are of good size and comfortable with clean attached bath. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and provide good service. The only issue, if you have knee problem, you have to climb up steep stairs to reach the hotel from the road, but that is generally issue in all hill stations. Good place but little pricey co.pared to facilities but that's the premium you pay for awesome view of the lake.

I stayed here for 2 days. Rooms are very small and around 100 stairs to go to hotel reception.
Very tiring that becomes. View is very good. You can see naini lake from your balcony. Food was good. Waiters were bit rude.

the lake looks like mango shape from top of the hills..
having seven visit points..
love point, sucide point,kiss point ,and may stones caves,
temples of mata ji, can feel snow in summer.
in winter you cant exist without having propper winters clothes.

We booked 3 rooms for couples online. Hotel was very good with a view..very cooperative staff. Good food..although a bit costly. You need to climb some stirs but being on main road..it was awesome experience. I booked cab from hotel with driver Basant...Very good and Cooperative.. Very good Experience. Im reviewing in 2015 but experience was of april 2012.

This hotel is just nearby new bus stand and adjacent to the Naini Lake. Well behaved staff & nice rooms at very affordable prices. They have terrace to accomadate lots of people. We had breakfast on the terrace beside the lake and it was awesome. Proved pickup from the lake to the hotel.
