this hotel is in kalbadevi road side and very near to india gate,nariman point,taj hotel,marine drive for me it is the best hotel and everything is very near so if you travel in mumbai you can stay in this hotel at reasonable price.

I am currently travelling the world and came accross this on airbnb however, on airbnb the name is 'Boutique Hotel' not Haredia.
The staff are very helpful and can't fault them at all, even the security guard was such a nice guy. But, on my first night i was woken up by the aircon above my head blowing dust etc in at me. So, the next day they changed my room but then things went worse. At 4.30 am on my final 2 nights an horrendous industrial loud noise came from right outside my window for about an hour, it felt like the walls were vibrating (i think it was a pump of aome sort)
There were a few funny smells in the hotel on the entrance to the room. The wifi was not very unreliable. The staff tried very hard to make my stay pleasurable but i did actually leave feeling very tiered due to the lack of sleep.

Checkin in this hotel is 9 am. Rooms are miserably maintained. Front office is rude sarcastic and unfriendly. No ventilation in rooms makes it suffocating. Every department in the hotel needs a overall change in attitude. Room rent hiked recently but services have deteriorated. Sad to see a hotel in the heart of Mumbai business area decaying

It was near to the place i intended to go but the place had issues. Cockroaches, some uncleaned places, a bit dirty toilet, red ants .. and no mobile network.
Place is fine for the area in which it is..But still i wish there were better hotels in Kalbadevi..since this is the best hotel in whole of kalbadevi within good budget

The hotel is pretty good for a business trip. Its on the kalbadevi road and a business hub. Its also closer to the marine line station (5mins walk ) The single room's mostly full and are of decent size, not like the nano rooms in some mumbai hotels.
