Hotel ambience is good. I got a very decent deal from make my trip. You will get yummy food. But the room service is very bad. Staff is not courteous. Room full of mosquitos. They even provided an expired mosquito repellent which retured after complaining. Dinner is available only till 10 PM.

We were a family of 6 members and stayed at this place for a day. Overall experience was decent and can be recommended for budgeted stay.
The rooms are clean, hotel doesnât have an elevator, service is average and food is expensive. Location is fine considering Lulu Mall is just 2 kms away.

I had booked rooms in this hotel through Trip Advisor. To be fair, the initial step itself was negative. No one around to direct us or welcome the customer. The receptionist gave us two rooms alright but on the second floor and in two directions. We insisted and got two rooms near each other. We had to carry our baggage helped by an old man who was the security guard.Funny, they do not have any regards for the elderly.The bed is comfortable and the service prompt. Maybe I will add more by the day end.

Very bad experience for me and my family. Very rude and arrogant people, no hospitality. Just like a Hell, not a Hotel. Restaurant service pathetic. They won't mind us and do not care. So overall very bad service.

It was our last stop in Kerala, stayed here only for 1 night. No room service, no staff, there is no proper maintenance of the hotel rooms and most horrible thing is the reception, just 1 or 2 staff with no smile and no welcome gestures, horrible.
Old Ac's in all the rooms making noise.
Hotel serves free buffet breakfast, with no options left, for so called buffet breakfast, only onething was good is some fruits thats it . I dont refer any family or couple booking here. Had a terrible experience
Only thing is good is the location, everything is closer lulu mall, some resturants and local transport .
Would suggest them to improve and catch up with some latest trends and some guest relation manners and etiquette.
