The service quality of the hotel is good. The rooms are very good as per the tariff. The food is awesome. The wifi is bit of a problem, but that is a problem in whole of Ladakh. The staff is quite good and humble.

Neat, clean and well maintained comfortable rooms. Nice ambiance. Very good food and nice service by staff.
Rooms are very beautiful and the best part is the Hotel is very much near by Leh main market.

The hotel is at great location. Breakfast and dinner was awesome. Bathroom has all modern features. Room has good bed and is like any other 3.5 star hotel with good maintaince. For leh standard this hotel is amazing.
Only issue is staff is not co operative. They need to be offered with tip in order to get things done.

Stayed here for a couple of nights with superb hospitality experience. Nice clean rooms with very helpful and polite staff. The location is just about 100 mrs away from the main market area, taxi stand, and hell no. of cafes and eateries. But the best part of staying here is "out of the box - service initiative" by the hotel manager Mr. Shiv Thakur. His effort for arranging a last minute taxi for our excursions (during peak seasonal high demand) really made our trip comfortable and memorable. Thumbs Up for future stays as well !!!

It is a home away from your home.
We prefer to have Jain food as our meals,the staff of hotel always ready to serve us Jain food of our choice.
