It was the worst place I have ever visited.
I had there with my friends.. Thankfully I haven't visited it with my family...
The price was cheap like the quality of the rooms.
The room was so dirty And greasy.
Terrible stay
A good hotel for a relaxed stay.

Simple yet very cool.I would say a nicely arranged hotel. The hotel offers good accommodation. The quick service of the hotel made us think that we will surely come to this hotel again if we visit agra. This hotel is absolute worth for money.Just faced one problem of blinking light in the bathroom or else everything was perfectly okay. There was a good network of communication and co-ordination between the hotel staff.A great place to spend time with family members.
Terrible stay...

the property is so highly rated but in reality its pathetic. There is no room service, the beds are in bad shape. The only good thing is the garden that's it.the rooms are not even clean. would not recommend it to anyone.
Terrible place! To avoid very seriously

This place was recommended to us by our rickshaw driver... that was the first and last time I let a rickshaw driver bring us to one of his ideal hotels. The photos you see on the hotel description are either fake, stolen from another website or from 100 years ago given how bad the rooms are! The price is low (around 500 Rps) but the hotel is not worth it at all... if it was not for the very late time, long travelling, exhaustion and distance to any other hotel, we would have slept somewhere else!
Rooms & bed: DIRTY! I mean, really dirty. I've backpacked across India 3 times, Thailand, Greece, and another dozen of countries... this is the first time I really complain about dirt and dust. We visited 4 rooms and they were all as dirty (beds are gross, dirty, stained and dusty) and unhealthy (electrical wires everywhere with incomplete and scary connections).
Shower: the receptionist promised us that we would have hot water for the shower in the morning... It required us to complain 4 times (yes, four times) to get some medium warm water. The conditions of the shower room were as bad as the bedrooms, dirty, filthy and unhealthy!
Reception: the receptionist was not friendly at all... took the money and pushed us in our rooms... and still tried to make us eat in the restaurant. Having seen the overall conditions of the hotel, we just avoided eating... as the saying goes, who sleeps eats...
Photos: again, the photos associated with the hotel are NOT reflecting the overall conditions of the hotel. I wish I took some pictures to show the reader how bad it was!
Ideal for those backpacking

My friend & I stayed here for one night in December whilst backpacking around Rajasthan. It was slightly further away from the Taj Mahal than most places, but MUCH cheaper accommodation than staying in the Taj Ganj. It would only take us about 15/20 minutest to walk to the nearest gate of the Taj, and rickshaws were available cheap if we chose not to walk.
There is a beautiful garden with a family of peacocks that roam freely and Bholla (who is pretty much in charge of everything, but does not own the place) was such a lovely host. His food that he cooked & served for us on the terrace was some of the nicest we ate whilst in India. He was extremely friendly and hard-working, and as it was a cold time of year he brought us extra blankets in the evening.
I would however warn that if you are looking for luxury, this place is not for you. For my friend & I it was perfect - within walking distance to the Taj Mahal and cheaper than other places, but that is because we chose one of the smallest rooms. Our room did not resemble the pictures posted here but I would not have expected that for the price. However, if you are backpacking and only staying a night or two in Agra to see the Taj Mahal, I would highly recommend this guesthouse.
