Value for money resort!

There are a few things about this resort, which made me like it. Location, the green premises and the rates are good for a resort of this class. The luxury tents are fine for a one night stay. The cleanliness of the sheets, towel and blanket could definitely be improved.
The restaurant and tables at couple of locations in the premises make for a good meal, if they improve the food quality. They have got everything going for them, with different kitchens, a soon to be launched bar area etc, but they need to improve on the quality.
This is a good place for a one-night stay, especially if you are in a group. Plenty of open spaces for kids to play, a lake at walking distance etc. Also, just 20 mins to Ellora caves from here, and you have got a good weekend plan.
Good Location, poor facility, not value for money

We stayed one night in Deluxe Tent. The location is very good, and gives an experience of staying in a campsite. The ambience is good and staff was courteous and hospitable. The service was prompt.
However, the facilities provided are not commensurate with the rates charged. The bedsheets were dirty, linen did not look clean and the inner tent has lot of dead insects. When we went in, there was a frog in the room. The room service guy took him out. Later, we saw quite a few of bed bugs and a snail in the room. Before sleeping, we cleaned up all this. Did not face much issue in the night. The tea kettle was rusty and had to get it replaced.
Food is pathetic. We had dinner in the resort and it was stale. We ordered Kadai paneer and it looked like it was not freshly prepared. Either it was yesterdays' or afternoon lunch leftover. They just added water and warmed it again. Same things were with Naan and Tandoori roti. When we complain, they prepared fresh naan and roti and gave it to us. So, if you complain, they get it fixed. But ideally, you want this right in the first place. Breakfast spread was not that great. It was few items. The quality was not good either.
Regarding resort, there is not much to do unlike in other resorts, where you have lot of. There is one children park, which was average. A rabbit cage was key attraction among children, several cute rabbits were there, and many children gathered around and fed them with grass and leaves in excitement. However, they did not look well fed and taken care of - all of them would jump over each other to eat a small blade of grass.
Overall, price is on higher side comparatively, considering the facilities provided.

I visited this so called resort back in May-17. Its poorly maintained very secluded resort. This has lot of open space but poorly managed. Restaurants are as well not up to mark. Swimming pool is small and was dirty not in use. I believe we were the only guest at that time. I requested for in room dining which they said can't do as don't have staff. It was a mistake which I corrected by checking out from this hotel in just one night against the plan of two.
Best resort in Aurangabad (MH) area

This resort is situated at the foothills of Daulatabad fort and Ellora caves and hence, surrounded by hills from all the sides. We visited this place on 10th June and it has just started raining. During rainy season the beauty of this place enhances with the greenery around. There are many sit outs and they also have a pool and artificial lake kind of water body.
The thing I don't like is the food. I feel it bit pricey and not worth. Also, there were plastic bottles all around within the premises. This is a large property and they have a lot of scope to develop.
Overall it was a nice experience. Travelers visiting to Ellora caves can opt this place for stay (Ellora caves are 10Km away from this resort).

We had a family (group of 6) holiday at Hiranya Resort. We were there from 29th January 2017 to 31st January inclusive. We had a wonderful time.Location of the resort is very convenient for Ajanta Ellora Grishneshwar temple Daulatabad and Aurangabad. The resort in itself is just near the nature. The staff are very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Manoj.who has been very helpful and informative. The rooms were clean.and the food we had was tasty. Enjoyed Hiranya Hurda.
