A very good hotel to stay with family. Location is also very good.Services rendered by the staff is satisfactory. The hotel management was very cordial and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.I stayed with my family for three days and all of us were happy with the accomodation and restaurant .

This hotel booked from oyo app, and while booking we checked rooms and other services, and the time we check-in, seen each thing which is truly appreciate. Rooms are big and made by beautiful wall design on background at each room, staff are also good and given service is also fabulous. someone said, " first impression is the last only. you made this one beautiful.

Upon arriving at the hotel they demanded payment straight away, contrary to what the booking said.
We were then shown to our 4 rooms, all of which were of a terrible standard. One had a very strong smell of paint and chemicals, another of smoke (even though it was a non smoking room) and one had a load of beetle type insects under all the pieces of furniture (I lifted up my rucksack one day to find about 8 different beetles scurry away). The ensuite bathrooms were also very poor with either no hot water or the sink pipe not connected to the ground so everything ended up on the floor. Some of the toilets were also blocked.
One morning we came down to have our complimentary breakfast only to be told the restaurant was closed for the day. Instead they sent toast and eggs up to our room that we had to eat in bed. The food quality and amount was less than when we had breakfast in the restaurant but I wouldn't have minded too much about this if they had been more polite about it or given us a warning.
We also found the restaurant food to be very disappointing compared to other local restaurants (even though the price was the same).
Overall I wouldn't recommend the hotel and would definitely not return. We spent over a month travelling India and stayed in a lot nicer places for the same amount. Admittedly some of the staff were very friendly and gave us a leaving gift which we appreciated.
In most situations I would have complained to the hotel about the poor experience while staying however we struggled to communicate in English to the staff and thus just had to make do.
