We have booked 02 rooms in this hotel directly. Hotel staff is co-operative & location is near to Golden temple & market area. Overall nice experience.... Hotel location is near to Golden temple. Rooms are clean and well maintained,

I booked a deluxe room for a Night's stay however the room was very very small in size to give you a perspective a full size double bed with a foot of space left on three sides.
Room was clean though.As it was a single night's stay for Harmandar Sahib Darshan I didn't made much issue to this.
However not recommended.

1. We stayed here on 9 & 10 Nov 2 nights.
2. Though we booked 2 luxury rooms but later found we have given 2 Super Deluxe room instead of luxury room. Not sure whether makemytrip do such dirty business!
3. Room size is too small as seen in the website, some super imposed picture is there in website.
4. Refrigerator does not work.
5. Towels were torn.
6. No ventilation, suffocated room, only option you have to on AC . You just canât dry any garments.
7. Only positive point is near to golden temple VIP gate
8. As our train was at 5pm, we requested then to allow us upto 3pm as we have reached there night 1am, but they didnât allowed us after 12 oâclock.
9. As I had 5 yrs old son, they charged Rs 50/glass of milk where as same is Rs 10 in the market & of better quality.

I am here from 2nd may and 3rd may,
I booked this hotel from Yatra .Com,
It is very nice and cool stay here.
Hotel staff is very cooperative,
Room service is very good food is good quality and properly.
Hotel location is near to Golden temple.
Rooms are clean and welmainted,
I was in family suit it is very suitable to family,it's having all required needs.
For reaching here I talked to hotel staff from railway station,for get location he advised rickshaw driver how to reach hotel door otherwise transport is not above Golden temple.
All ,,'ladies favorite'shoping shops are nearby,
Famous restaurant s are also near.

Generally I rate a hotel on three things: bathroom,staff behaviour and quality of food.I stayed here for One days and as time passed, was rooms were clean with newamenities,On the positive side,the room was spacious,staff was very polite and courteous and food served was delicious.it is located near to Ganges ghats and BHU. close to all other sightseeing places,will recommend this hotel.
