Large nice rooms, however, soon to be run down due to lack of maintenance. For two days, we did not get hot water in the bath, problem with all rooms booked. Maintenance staff showed surprise each time we informed about this, they had no clue how to fix it. Wardrobe doors don't open, mini bar cabinets broken, very poor lighting in the bath, at least expected a shower curtain to stop water spilling all over. The management folks should stay as guests in the rooms for a few nights to understand the poor quality. WiFi present, but none of us were able to connect to it.

Attended batch reunion and stayed for two nights.
Comfortable since whole hotel was amongst us.

Require more experienced staff to cater the customers. Service in the dinning needs lot of improvement .

Reached on 27th October,as a part of the group of batch mates, allotted room no.1011 on 2nd floor.The room was in horrible state,walls damp,bed sheets soiled,as if not changed for months,AC not working,on asking for cotton sheets for covering,were given first quilt,then dirty quilt cover. We were unable to sleep that night.On complaining ,the front desk person was unable to comprehend. We asked for Manager,then he changed the room to 2017. Here bathing tub was installed,but not functioning,Towel hanger was not fixed properly,it came out
Commode flush plate got unfixed,that too on first flushing.
Breakfast was good, although it took good 30 minutes for omlett to be made.

I have stayed in this hotel in month of may ,stay was excellent front office team is exceptionally well MR.Sanjeev was really a great help .I wish him and his team all the best for future..When ever I will visit to Ranchi I will stay in the same hotel.

The hotel would have been great if the maintenance was up to date. Went with a lot of family members so booked a lot of rooms and some or the other problem in every room. AC wasn't working in one. Door wouldnt lock in other and room service was super slow.
