simply amazing view with"L" shaped balcony , they gave great discount on their own as we turned up on last min, they have glass windows that compliments the L shaped balcony and very friendly staff, one of our main waiter whose name i am forgetting who served us every day was a very efficient chap. Rest you need to see the place to appreciate its beauty so highly recommend this one !

Location is excellent, and is among the best of all. Just opposite of the cottages.
Rooms were nice,comfortable and spacious. Had balcony with average view.
Staff were cordial and helpful.
Ample parking space.
For food, we had it at nearby humble restaurant, probably the only place, which was tasty and very much affordable.

Not at all a good hotel. There are better hotels in same range. No WiFi service provided and rooms were also unclean and dingy. Though the staffs are well mannered, the manager isn't so helpful. The quality of food is satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is quite good. The property is good but the rooms are quite old with broken furniture and stained carpets. Each room had balcony with nice view outside. Service was ok. Power cuts are quite frequent in Patnitop so hot water availability was an issue.

Stayed for one night after Mata dharshan at hotel Holiday Inn, Patnitop. Opted for room with balcony at end of aisle and view from room was fantastic. The food in hotel was excellent and enjoyed it with magnificent view from restaurant windows.
In morning enjoyed lovely sun shine in front garden. Great value of money spent. A small note, some time monkeys come in balcony!!!!
